Flip house is seasoned and technically shouldn’t be getting ductwork put in

My siblings recently bought a house in an high-priced town, then their plan is to spruce up the house and then sell it for a profit; Since the town is so hoity toity, they have to be careful with what they do, but making noise after 5 is a big no no in the area; Additionally, the two of them are trying to hide the fact that it is a flip house.

The last thing they want is the neighbors complaining and making it difficult to sell the arena, right now the two of them are trying to act like it is a house they will renovate for our parents. The thing is, the house is an antique beach house that has to be fixed up in a way that doesn’t ruin the historic side of it. Technically the two of them should not be knocking down walls, ceilings and ripping out the existing plumbing, then if somebody blew them in, they would be in trouble. The house relies on a fireplace for heating and used window AC units in the summer. That is not good enough Heating and A/C and the house would never sell to a wealthy patron. So what they have been doing is ripping the house totally down for ductwork upgrade. Then they are going to attach a central Heating and A/C unit to the ductwork. That way every room in the house would get equal amounts of heating and air. They are ruining the historic house and making it current doing this. They are totally going to get caught in my opinion.
