If I ever have to have someone fix my central air conditioner, I know which HVAC technician I won’t use.
In fact, I hope that nobody ever hires this HVAC technician to fix anything in their home.
The only way that I would ever hire this HVAC technician is if I wanted to ensure that my HVAC unit will never work again. Sorry, let me call down enough to be able to tell you the story of why I will never trust this HVAC technician again. It all started when my central air conditioner stopped working at the beginning of the summer. Thankfully, it wasn’t very warm at the time, but I still wanted to get my air conditioner fixed before the temperatures started rising again. I knew that if I procrastinated with fixing my central air conditioner, the warmer temperatures would make me uncomfortable. However, I have never called an HVAC technician before, so I had no idea who to call. I just called the first HVAC company that I could find, and they sent out an HVAC technician to come to check out my central air conditioner. This started the long process of trying to get this HVAC technician to do his job. It seemed that no matter how many parts he replaced or things he tried, the HVAC technician just couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my central air conditioner. It was completely broken, but he couldn’t get it working. He was replacing part after part, and I was beginning to get worried that he would end up rebuilding the entire air conditioner before he would figure out what was wrong. What if he was replacing working parts? I finally kicked him out without paying him.
