I don’t care if that HVAC company tries to sue me.
I refuse to pay the HVAC company until they fix what they decided to break.
They could have at least had enough character to admit it the first time. It all started when I needed to replace my furnace. I knew that I would need to replace my furnace eventually, and last week was when that time came. I had been having trouble with my furnace, and I knew that it was getting close. Now, I don’t have stores of money that allows me to just purchase a new furnace anytime that I need it, but I knew that I would need to replace my furnace, and I had just enough to pay the HVAC technicians to do the job. I had never hired an HVAC technician in my town, but I was appreciative when one of my friends recommended a local HVAC company. After experiencing all of this, I either have to question their judgment or wonder if they are even my friends. The HVAC technicians quickly removed the furnace from the room that it is located in, and they even installed the new furnace that day. I was actually shocked by how quickly they were able to install the new furnace. However, when I noticed that they had left dents in the drywall, I was upset. I saw drywall dust on the furnace, and I knew that they had caused the damage. I was very angry that the HVAC technicians decided not to tell me! I called the company threatening not to pay, but the secretary of the HVAC company told me that I didn’t have to pay until I was pleased after they fixed it. At least someone in that company has integrity.
