It is hard to know that in just a few short months, I will be living in a neighborhood that has 4 seasons plus snows in the winter.

The temperature control is in the stairwell plus the study room is far away. If the people I was with and I forget to adjust the temperature control before going upstairs to bed, the people I was with and I can just do it from the bed. The smart temperature control is one of my number one features about my up-to-date apartment in a up-to-date city.
