They sent out an HVAC service professional in a jiffy and the guy inspected what was going on with our HVAC system. He said everything was in real bad shape because we weren’t changing the air filters or getting regular HVAC system maintenance. I felt incredibly stupid and he learned that we were new homeowners and didn’t know much about HVAC system maintenance. He said that every HVAC needs to be properly maintained to work properly. So he talked us into enrolling into an HVAC system maintenance plan so everything would be taken care of for us!
