Both of us do not have central cooling system throughout our house, so the two of us use window cooling system units while I was in the Summer months. It only gets particularly hot here from June through the start of September; Both of us have more than two window AC units that the two of us use while I was in the summertime. My spouse and I have 1 in our bedroom, my daughter has 1 in her bedroom, and the two of us have 1 downstairs in the living room. The 1 in the living room keeps most of the downstairs cool, but unblessedly, I broke my daughter’s cooling system this week. I was so disappointed in myself. My spouse installed the cooling system in her window in a rush last week, and she installed it a little crooked. I am a little OCD, so I wanted to make it straight, no 1 was beach home at the time, so I had to do it by myself. I should have waited for my daughter to get home, despite the fact that I was too stubborn to wait for help. The cooling system was old, so it was particularly heavy. I opened the window up all of the way while I was trying to get it set in there straight! Somehow, I ended up dropping the cooling system out the window. I caught it by the cord for a hour, but it ended up slipping out of my covered in sweat hand, and the cooling system fell to the ground. It was from an upstairs window of course, so there was no way that it survived that fall. It broke into many pieces. My spouse and I gave our daughter our cooling system for the time being, but the two of us will have to buy a new 1 for us soon.
