I am able to detect the yearly utility bill with a single glance when I see the stack of mail in the mailbox.
It doesn’t look much odd than the other pieces of mail but, it seems to vibrate because it knows that I am afraid.
When it has been a hundred degrees for the last 25 mornings, I recognize that light bill is going to cause myself and others some pain. I’m not alone as we all have to pay for Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cooling in our area. There is just no other way around it. Living without Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C in the Summer just isn’t possible in this region. I’m just sick of seeing all our cash go out of our account just to manage the heat. So, I have instituted Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C Marshal Law. I have claimed all authority over all Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C operations in order to split a chunk off this yearly electric bill. The citizens in our beach apartment are a bit resistant. But, I have simply turned a deaf ear to their complaints. They are the main reason that I had to seize the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C control. These kids in our beach apartment are forever leaving the sliding glass door open plus the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C just rushes out. They come beach apartment from being outside plus they crank the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cooling just for the thrill of it. Well, no more. I had the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C guy come out to install a smart thermostat. I am the only one with the manual override code. Now, the temperature in the apartment is more proportional to the outside temperature. I also am reviewing in apartment security footage plus fining anyone leaving any door or window open. Drastic situation often require extreme measures.
