My mother is a lovely man.
She is also a single of the toughest people I have ever met.
She was born in a rugged section of the country and he never left because that was his home. Living his life would flatten the vast majority of mere mortals. However, that man has always stayed classy and comloving. This was how he chose to raise his children as well. There wasn’t a lot of putting our feet up in the Heating and Air Conditioning after school, but it wasn’t an easy upbringing but, I suppose our siblings would agree, the two of us were ready for the world. Now, as our mom ages, he has become even more fiercely independent. So much so that he is maybe putting herself in hardship that is unnecessary. She just doesn’t want any help from anyone. That includes his children. Mom insists that the two of us should spend our currency only on our growing families. My siblings and I live only hours away so the two of us are able to get right to her. The past year, I have noticed a considerable decline in our Mom’s abilities. However, the old homeplace is declining at a faster pace. All of us decided the two of us had to step in when it came to the Heating and Air Conditioning situation. His heat comes from an antiquated propane wall heater. It barely keeps the place liveable in the winter. The people I was with and I just couldn’t allow this to continue. The 3 of us pooled our funds to get our mother a current Heating and Air Conditioning replace. Since running air duct was out of the question, the two of us made the decision to go with the ductless Heating and Air Conditioning unit. The people I was with and I were able to install 2 of these units to keep mom plenty warm in the winter. Plus, he will have air conditioning for the first time in his life.
