When I first opened my vape shop, I did everything by hand.
I mixed my own E-liquid filling flavors, filled my own vape cartridges and even wrote out the labels! When the vaping craze really started taking off, I had to hire a few more hands to keep up with the demand.
I had a few college students in the local area help me with the E-liquid filling, labeling, etc. but they were all so unreliable. One day when I was online, I noticed an ad for an E-liquid bottle filling machine. Apparently, this auto filling machine did everything– mixed, bottled, labeled– I thought it seemed too good to be true. Then I saw the price. No way! I thought that was way too expensive for an auto filling machine, especially since that was something I could do myself. After a while, though, I started getting complaints from my customers about the E-liquid filling flavors being all off and sometimes downright nasty! As smart as these college kids might have thought they were, apparently mixing E-liquid filling was too complicated. Frustrated, I broke down and purchased a vape cartridge filling machine to do the work consistently. I couldn’t believe how amazing the auto filling machine was! It was so fast and the E-liquid filling ratios were always exactly right! On top of that, the auto filling machine had paid for itself within a year since I wasn’t paying anyone to do the work anymore! Business has never been better or more efficient. I am thrilled with my vape bottle filling machine.
