When I first made the choice to open up my very own vape shop, I did everything by hand for the most part.
I mixed my own E-liquid filling flavors, filled my own vape cartridges and even wrote out the labels! When the vaping craze easily started taking off, I had to hire a bunch of hands to keep up with the enormous demand. I had a few college students in the local area help me with the E-liquid filling, labeling, etc. but they were terribly unreliable. One afternoon when I was online, I found an ad for an E-liquid bottle filling machine. It basically seemed that this auto filling equipment took care of everything– mixed, bottled, labeled– I thought it seemed too good to be true. Then I stumbled upon the price. No way! I thought that was easily too fancy for an auto filling machine, especially since that was something I could actually take care of myself. After a while, though, I started getting a bunch of complaints from my clients about the E-liquid filling flavors being all off and periodically tasting really nasty! As smart as these college kids might have believed they were, evidently mixing E-liquid filling was too tough for them to handle. Frustrated, I broke down and purchased a vape cartridge filling component to handle the work on a regular basis. I couldn’t believe how wonderful the auto filling equipment was! It was so quick and the E-liquid filling ratios were always right! On top of that, the auto filling equipment had paid for itself within a year since I wasn’t paying anyone to do the work at all anymore! Business has never been greater or more efficient. I am entirely happy with my vape bottle filling machine.
