I’m not the type of person that can easily just stay still & read a book.
I typically have to be be moving around for the most part. When I am at home, I typically need to find something to do to be sure I don’t get bored out of my mind. I find myself doing the dishes often, but occasionally I do not even have enough housework to do. I will wash the floors officially to keep them sanitary. I will vacuum around the house & dust officially… Lately though, I have noticed when I am scrubbing away, the house is becoming easily dusty all the time. I didn’t want to complain at first because it provided me more to do around the household, but I noticed that it was affecting me. I was breathing heavily a lot more often & starting to cough officially. I realized this could not be good for our lungs, so I asked our fiance if he could call the HVAC corporation to see what could be done. He didn’t have a problem being the one to call the HVAC corporation & before I even had time to think about it, there was a heating & cooling professional checking everything out with the HVAC equipment. This HVAC pro discovered that the air duct was substantially clogged & he said that we needed to change the air filters more on a regular basis. He said it wouldn’t do one bit of harm to install a nice UV UV air purifier in the household for good measure. So we arranged to get the air duct cleaned, got a nice UV UV air purifier, & the air quality improved tremendously. I didn’t feel the need to dust nearly as much after that, but I still was happy doing it!
