When all of us bought our home last year, it was one of the happiest afternoons of my life… I absolutely enjoyed the site, & it was our first house so it was absolutely exciting for us, but the two of us had never owned a piece of property before, & so the whole thing was a new experience.
- I would have to say that seeing that huge number on the bottom line of the mortgage loan was a little bit disturbing & daunting when all of us decided to go into the lawyer’s office to sign the final paperwork, but even so, our realtor commanded that all of us add even more money onto that figure by purchasing something called a house warranty to go along with the house.
She told us that it’s consistently a great method to purchase a house warranty, in case something goes wrong with the home love the structural foundation, the fireplace, or even the heating & cooling system, however with a house warranty, you don’t have to worry about high repair charges because all of those things would be covered. But my husband & I were young & naive, & all of us thought that nothing could ever go wrong with our appealing new house. Well, as fortune would have it, all of us were wrong. Within just a few months of moving into our appealing new site, all of us found out that all of us had inherited a lemon of a heating & cooling system. The two of us had to have extensive repair work done on our oil gas furnace & on our central air conditioner unit. When all of us got the last bill, I was entirely sad that all of us didn’t have a house warranty to help cover the costs.
