I was actually really overjoyed yesterday when my roommate’s mentioned to me that they were extremely impressed by how I had arranged my bedroom. At 30 years old, I’ve never put effort into my environment or surroundings before. When I moved into this house, and I was so excited to have this space of my own that I put a lot of thought and effort into arranging everything to be beautiful and functional. My daily comfort and personal satisfaction was at the top of my priority list, and I feel like I truly accomplished both of those things with my creative design. Everything in my room has its place, and everything feels so fresh and wonderful as soon as you step in. Part of that could also be due to my HVAC design. Honestly, when I moved in here, I didn’t think that the central heating and cooling system was going to be powerful enough to keep me comfortable. I didn’t want to live my days sweating from unmanaged heat or shaking from unfortunate cold temperatures, so I went ahead and researched alternative HVAC solutions. Instead of adding more wear and tear to the central heating and cooling system, it makes sense to me that I would have my own air quality control machine in my room. Luckily, it didn’t take much research before I stumbled across mini-split ductless heating and cooling systems. These tiny HVAC units effectively heat and cool your indoor air without an enormous amount of structural damage, extra energy use, or routine maintenance. I can honestly say with pride, my roomies are right for being jealous of my awesome space and high quality air quality control.
