For the past couple of weeks I have been heading in with our father to his task each day, then my father has worked as a certified Heating and Air Conditioning service tech for pretty much all of our life, and now that it’s the Summer and I am finally at an age where I can work the first thing I did was ask our dad if I could be his modern paid intern, and getting paid to work for your dad seemed care about an self-explanatory gig to me and it sounded much better than being bored playing video games all day long, and even though there are some things that I have really struggled learning about the Heating and Air Conditioning industry I have enjoyed nearly every day toiling side by side with our father, then one of the things that I particularly didn’t expect was the deep amount of respect and appreciation for him after seeing how hard he has worked day in and day out for us, however working as an Heating and Air Conditioning service tech for a living can take a toll on you both mentally and physically, so to say that I am proud of our father would be an understatement.
My father is far from a Spring chicken and is still able to run laps around me in terms of workload and efficiency.
Even though the people I was with and I are still only a few weeks into Summer I’m already planning to ask our father if I can work for him next Summer as well. Who knows, if I keep learning the things that I need to perhaps I will join him 1 day as a certified Heating and Air Conditioning service tech.
