The guy was on time with every phase
I went our entire adult life having never built a loft from the ground up. Most of our peers have built at least one if not more. My husbandy and I weren’t easily all that nervous. After we got married we rented for many years while our jobs got on track. But, when we decided to start a family, we found just the most perfect house. Other than replacing the Heating and A/C, it was move in ready. That loft was the perfect locale for us while our teenagers grew up. However, once they moved out, it was pretty apparent that the loft was just to large for the 2 of us. Even the addition of a pair of labradors running around didn’t fill it up. So, we started to system and design a loft that we would build together. After nearly 3 years of financial planning and loft designing, we were ready to go. My husbandy took a leave of absence in order to watch the build. She made a fantastic decision when he chose to bring in an certified and licensed Heating and A/C supplier. The general supplier we wanted to limit to the structure. So, we had more control over who was doing the other work. There was a bit of an additional cost to labor directly with the Heating and A/C supplier but, it was well worth it. Not only was he on top of everything and so expertiseable, he was the most professional subsupplier on our loft build. The guy was on time with every phase. He also helped us figure out just exactly what best model of Heating and A/C would suit our needs. Both of us simply couldn’t be happier with how the Heating and A/C method in our loft works.
