I earned a lot of credit from them

I have bent fan blades on the AC systems and installed the gas hook ups wrong on a oil furnace

I have come to the realization that I am not a really fantastic Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company! All throughout high university I knew I wanted to work in a maintenance field. I was going to be a mechanic, electrician or a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company. I settled on Heating, Ventilation plus A/C since the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier in town consistently seemed to be hiring new guys. I went through all the universitying for the position. I logged a ton of in field hours with another licensed Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company. I was basically his assistant for a year. I handed the guy tools, did straight-forward Heating, Ventilation plus A/C maintenance tasks and cleaned up after the job. I got where I was a super fantastic assistant. My Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional I worked with was amazing and I l earned so much. I aced our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company exams and became NATE certified with no issue. I now work by myself as a fully licensed Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company and I am horrible, and being a fantastic assistant is a single thing, however being the full on Heating, Ventilation plus A/C guy is harder. I never can remember what to do and I am way too rough with the equipment. I will come in to do HVAC duct cleaning and then create a sizable hole in the air duct. I then have to do duct sealing and I can’t charge the customer for the mistake. I have bent fan blades on the AC systems and installed the gas hook ups wrong on a oil furnace. I am awful enough that people are starting to complain about me. I wish I was still an assistant and only handing tools.
