My family is a big time camping crew. For years all of us used a huge recreational vehicle and stayed at a camp grounds. The recreational vehicle was genuinely nice since it had places to sleep, an entryway and a bathroom. We had everything needed in a single vehicle. The recreational vehicle was quite a gas guzzler and took up tons of room at home. Also, it was slowly going to die and wanted extravagant repairs. It was annoying that if I wanted to run into the city to get gas, pick up dinner or even just go get toilet paper. I was taking the family bed, toilet and food prep station. I also was the only one who could drive the recreational vehicle and that got to be annoying. Finally I started looking into chances for cabins. Building a lodge at our campsite was so much cash. I didn’t want to pull up a tent for a long portion of time. Thankfully I found a mobile container supplier that can make anything out of a shipping container. There were tons of images on the website of shipping container lodges. It is rather ingenious using a prefab shipping container and converting it into a living space. The layout was so intelligent with bunk beds, hidden compartments and foldable gear. The best portion was the mobile house was able to be designed off site and then shipped right to our campgrounds. The lodge now just waits for us every year ready to go. My family drives the truck out to the campsite and hardly needs to bring a toothbrush. I can run errands and we take turns driving.
