I thought that was so strange, since he’s not an HVAC technician
The last time that I was at the doctor for my yearly physical, he actually suggested that we purchase an air purification system for our home. This was really weird to me at first, since I have never before had a medical professional come right out and give me advice on my HVAC system. I guess my doctor is just really an unusual guy, but he believes in treating the root of the problem and not just treating the symptoms. I would have to agree with that method of healing, and so I usually try to do exactly what he says. When I was there for my physical appointment, I told him that I had been having some trouble breathing and catching my breath at home. I was also having some asthma flare ups and lots of allergy symptoms. He asked me what sort of heating and cooling system we had installed at the house. I thought that was so strange, since he’s not an HVAC technician. He’s a doctor! But I ended up telling him anyway, and that’s when he suggested that we put in a HEPA air filter and look into getting a whole home air purification system that will run at the same time as our furnace or our air conditioning system. He told me that with lots of his patients, having an air purification system can really make a huge difference in their homes’ indoor air quality and in turn, their lives. When he told me that, I knew that it was something that we should look into!
