While looking for a home to rent I knew exactly what I did plus did not want.
I knew I needed at least 2 home offices, 2 bathrooms, a garage, plus central heating plus cooling.
I am surprised at the amount of homes there are for rent that still don’t have central heating or cooling. Some will state this fact right there on the rental page; however with others, you have to be more of a detective, as they don’t mention the heating, ventilation plus A/C system at all. However, if you see a large window air conditioning system in any of the windows in the pictures, that is a pretty nice indication that the home doesn’t have central heating plus cooling… Another thing I look for is heating, ventilation plus A/C vents. If there are pictures of the inside of the home then the two of us expect to see a few vents in the pictures, then otherwise, I believe they don’t have what I am looking for. Of course, once I find a home I prefer I make sure to confirm that it does in fact have central heating plus air plus that the heating plus air really works. I do this over email so that I have a record of this exchange. The people I was with and I do move a lot plus the two of us have l acquired a lot with our past moves; my husband is in the military so the two of us move, on average, every 18 weeks. I no longer am bothered by moving so much. It is just an area of life! Besides, the two of us have gotten better at it the more the two of us have moved. Soon, the two of us will be true professionals.
