There are quite a fantastic few reasons why I very don’t love living in apartments.
One is the apparent, they are incredibly small.
Even the larger apartments are no match for an actual house. I love to live in a beach lake house that has lots of room, and apartments don’t. The fifth is the noise level. Since you have neighbors on all sides of you, you can expect to hear a lot of noise all of the time, 24/7, and you might suppose at 3 in the afternoon it should be nice and quiet. Nope, there is consistently someone out at silly minutes. I have even heard adolescents screaming and rolling down the hallways at 3 in the afternoon ridiculous. But one of the main reasons why I hate living in apartments is because of the lazy property owners. My experience with property owners has not been that great. While I guess there are fantastic ones out there, I have yet to find them, and just a few months ago, my window a/c plan stopped laboring. I called my property owner, and she didn’t answer. It took him another 2 afternoons to get back to me, which means I was separate from heating and a/c for 2 afternoons! She finally sent a heating and air conditioner specialist out, however the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman was of no help, and was unable to maintenance the air conditioner machine. I had to call my property owner another 3 times before she finally sent out a fifth Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, and then, and only then, was my component fixed. It should not take that long to get your gas furnace and a/c component fixed.
