I actually had to go on faith when I bought this house, because I had never laid eyeah on it before I bought it.
That was pretty weird, I will have to admit. I found a realtor that deals with cross country moves plus he was able to help me with the whole process. It was actually nice to be able to have someone help me out with the moving process because it was frightening to have to transfer that far away without knowing where I was going plus what I was doing! Anyway, the only thing that I told him that I actually cared about having in the lake house was a wood burning fireplace. I have been dying to get a wood burning fireplace plus this was the perfect opportunity for me to be able to get one. The temperature in the current neighborhood where I was moving is much colder than the one that I was coming from plus so I knew that a wood burning fireplace would not exactly be overkill. I also wanted to have a high efficiency heating plus cooling system in the house. I told him that plus then he went off to find the right home for me. He ended up finding a place with a wood burning fireplace in the residing room plus one in the master dining room. Not only that, however there is radiant heated flooring in the dining room plus the bathrooms. The home is better than I ever dreamed it would be.
