Summers can be such a hectic time for A/C service.
When it’s cold, Mel services heating systems and heat pumps.
They experience a mild Winter usually, so business is never terribly busy. However, summertime brings in a flood of service and repair calls. The average yearly temperatures while Mel was in the Summer months are well above 90°. It’s so necessary to have a working air conditioner in your home. Not only does that air conditioner make the house more comfortable and cool, but it fights against problematic problems like mold and mildew. Mold plus mildew can grow abruptly in a warm environment. Mold and mildew growth can cause breathing problems, sneezing, itchy and scratchy throat together with watery eyes. These allergy related symptoms can be stopped by simply running the air conditioner at 75° most days. Mel knew that the A/C service corporation was going to be actually tied up this summer. This is why she chose to hire a new service worker to work part-time. Mel posted an ad online. Nobody answered the ad after a week and a half. She did not even have one person send her their application. Mel was getting a little aggravated and anxious that she would not be able to find help before the Summer season began. She contacted a staffing service that specializes in labor tasks. The staffing service put Mel in touch with a couple of certified Heating, Ventilation, & A/C workers that were looking for part-time work. She found three professionals through the staffing service that were willing to work three days each week. The staffing service absolutely came through with three wonderful Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service workers.
