We are going to be staying in my friend’s flat, well actually it is her grandpa’s flat but he is gone now.
- We will only have a wood burning fireplace to keep warm, so it looks like we will be doing a lot of wood chopping and sawing while we are there.
That will be good exercise though, and I am looking forward to a change of scenery after being in this same flat for the past six months. There will be four of us going there; two HVAC reps, a heating and cooling expert, and myself a HVAC salesman. We will probably avoid talking about the business though as this is a pleasure trip for everyone going. I have never been to the mountains, which are about two hours north, and really enjoy seeing the countryside while we drive up there for two hours. My other friend is going to join us in a few days by train, as she wants to stay here and watch some big soccer games coming up in two more days. I have to get my HVAC equipment and HVAC system repair work done in a customer’s house this afternoon and then I am going to work on packing things for the trip. I need to message my buddy and ask him what time we leave tomorrow so I can be ready. I also need to show my new flatmate how to turn on the smart thermostat if she wants some heat in this place while I am away. Lots to do and not much time to do it.
