They have his credit card on file

It all worked out for the best all together

Blake’s local HVAC corporation made an error in their billing department last month. They have his credit card on file for when he phones them to send out a certified HVAC expert to work on his central HVAC unit. However, what they did was charge him for a HVAC service that Blake did not have. Somehow as it turned out, their billing method charged him instead of the man that was meant to be charged. When Blake phoned the local HVAC corporation about it they told him this after looking into it and said how sorry they were. They refunded him right away too, none of this bull about taking up to 7 business days like the usual scam you hear from all companies when they do something wrong and take your money. They did not want to lose Blake as a customer, and even provided him with a free voucher for a HVAC tune up and check up, which is an over 150 buck value. Blake was quite gleeful with that since the time of the year is coming up where he needs to get his seasonal HVAC tune up and check up done. It all worked out for the best all together. However, Blake did not enjoy the fact that he had to have a big mistake charged on my credit card for it to happen like this. But, he is ok with it now because they refunded it instantaneously.
