I’m okay with it now because they refunded

My local Heating & AC company made a little error in their billing department the other day.

They have my credit card on file for when I contact them to send out a certified Heating & AC specialist to work on our central heating and cooling system unit.

What they did now was charge me for a Heating & AC home repair that I did not have. Somehow as it turned out, their payment system charged me instead of the person that was meant to be charged. When I called the local Heating & AC about it they told me this after looking into it and said how sorry they were. They refunded my credit card right away too, none of this bull about taking up to 7 business days which is a common scam you hear from all sites when they do something wrong and take your money. They did not want to lose me as a customer. As a matter of fact, what they also did was give me a free voucher for a Heating & AC system tune up and check up, which is worth $150. So I was quite cheerful with that since the time of the year is coming up where I need to get my seasonal Heating & AC system tuned up and check up done. It all worked out for the best all together. However, I did not love the fact that I had to have this erroneous charge on my credit card for it to happen like this. But I’m ok with it now because they refunded my account.
