The Life of an HVAC tech

I’ve made a lot of major mistakes in my life, some of the mistakes were with money and some of them were with lovers. I’ve thrown away a few good ladies because of my own enlarged ego and foolish sense of pride. I was impatient with money and with lovers and lost them both. I see a lot of my school chums who are happily married and have adolescents and local companies so I assume I am on the outside of life, looking in. I don’t have any of that stuff in my life and it seems that I am living a shell of a life. My heating and cooling supplier friend has an enormous family and houses and all kinds of things. And when I visit him I wonder what I did with my whole adult life and why I have entirely little to show for the 55 years I have been on this planet. Yes, I work as a certified Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert and have run my own Heating, Ventilation & A/C business, however I have nothing real to show for it except a folding bike and a djembe drum. I do have a lot of fun experiences and memories over the past twenty years with all of the comedy and musical concerts I have done in various countries around the world, so I assume my associate and I trade 1 single thing for another. I will absolutely be doing geothermal heat pump repairs and air duct cleaning for the rest of my life, and maybe having adolescents was never on the table for myself and others because I can hardly even take care of myself. I assume this is how it is supposed to be.
