First I do the HVAC assignment, Then a Long Bike Ride

I am going to get an MRI done on my ankles and knees tomorrow and am trying to avoid any impact movements on them till I assume what is going on with my joints.

I am just hoping and praying that I still have cartilage left in my joints and that bone supplementation will service the complication in a short time so that I can keep playing beachside ball.

It is only the beginning of the season, so the ball season would not kick off for another several weeks or so and provide myself and others time to get these ankles and knees up to snuff again. My Heating, Ventilation & A/C rep, who works for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company near me, told myself and others that he has some new pills that will solve my knee complication if they aren’t too far gone from all of the sports and heavy heater and air conditioning unit lifting up stairs that I have done over the years. I’ve been playing beach ball for over 30 years and I assume they have taken a beating because I used to have a sweet vertical jump, which contributed to the knee pain over the years. When I 1st got my Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech certification and started to labor on air conditioners and heaters, I could dunk a volleyball in a hoops net. But all of that pounding on the hard volleyball courts over the years can absolutely do a number on the knees, so I am hoping that I still have some cushioning left in my knees and that the supplements will service myself and others again. My cooling supplier friend gave me the supplements long ago, when my associate and I worked side by side on hot water heating systems and water boilers, however I stopped taking them thinking they were better again.
