I had an amazing sleep last evening and I didn’t even need to take my allergy tabs to do so.
The allergy med makes you drowsy so you can fall asleep, however last evening I didn’t even take a single pill and I slept love a log.
I assume that good sleep comes more from feeling satisfied about your afternoon and your life, so maybe I will stop taking the pills and just focus on exercising and feeling good about my life. I still have to wear my bite plate at evening though because I tend to grind my teeth while sleeping. Air conditioner service and heating tune ups are in my thoughts lately because I am going to be heading back to my flat in another country and working for the local AC company once again. At least now I have a nice roommate and someone to talk to, as it is winter time when the town where I live gets absolutely quiet for various weeks on end. Jen works in the cooling technology industry and my associate and I met a few years ago when I was a rookie cooling expert working on an Heating, Ventilation & A/C method in her office. Jen and I have various cats and my associate and I have a nice little flat that Jen and I call home. I love living with Jen because she is a minimalist love myself and others and does not have a lot of stuff cluttering up the lakeside house love my old flatmate used to have. Jen and I have a multi split air conditioning method in the lake house and our power bills are much lower compared to when Jen and I had the old heating and cooling unit in the location.
