I had a deep and fantastic sleep last evening! I didn’t even have to take our allergy tabs to get it.
- The allergy medicine makes you drowsy so you can fall asleep, but last evening I didn’t even have to take 1 in addition to sleeping like a fallen log.
I suppose fantastic sleep comes more from feeling gratified about your day in addition to your lifestyle, so maybe I will stop taking the allergies meds in addition to just focus on feeling fantastic about our life.
