Whew, I am a bit dopey right now, just like one of the seven dwarfs. I just dozed off for about 45 minutes and it felt great, especially after just sleeping a little bit last night. I think I got about six hours of sleep last night, which is about two or three less than I normally get, but I’ll be okay as I tiptoe through the day. I woke up this morning thinking about how I had to fly overseas not long ago and what a hassle it was. It’s very peaceful knowing I’m not flying in an air conditioned lockdown for nine hours and sitting in airports that have way too much climate control going on in them. I am grateful for each day that I get to just live a normal life here on land without having to worry about buses and taxis and planes. My fireplace is my main agenda today as I get it ready for a fire tonight so that we have some free heating for the evening. I won’t be flying anytime soon, and probably the next time I fly will be in ten months when I go home for Christmas. I will just work at the HVAC business each day like I have been, cleaning ductwork in commercial buildings and selling smart thermostats in the office there. This summer we will play a lot of music in our band on the streets and around other towns as well. It should be busy with the local businesses and I’m sure my heating dealer will be busy as well.
