I own a Heating plus A/C supplier plus I have been an owner for over thirty years, and obviously in my time the way of the world has changed, however not only is the Heating plus A/C equipment different, technology has changed things, and i need my supplier to have a website, I need social media presence plus I also need to communicate to my staff through technology.
I found that I no longer knew how to run my supplier successfully.
I looked around online for some help. I figured maybe I could go to a few leadership seminars or supplier consulting workshops. Instead I found that there are people who are supplier coaches. One on a single supplier coaching was highly advocated for an older woman in my position. I called around plus I actually found a girl that I like; She is a younger woman who is undoubtedly aware of the growing changes in technology. Not only did she teach myself and others about twitter, facebook plus SEO, she let myself and others think the reasons I should utilize them. She helped myself and others set up a supplier text that I do biweekly. She also got it so I can individually contact any woman of my staff via text or text, finally, my supplier coach has undoubtedly given myself and others some tips. I was focused too much on the future plus how everything is increasing… My supplier coach wanted myself and others to look at the smaller details. Focus on the now plus how the supplier is done. I just need to manage my people plus slowly adapt to the changes. Nothing major needs to be changed, however so blissful I hired a supplier coach!
