All of us were first time house buyers plus seriously did not have a single clue about the process of buying a house. All of us would regularly go to the realtor’s office on afternoons, jump in our agent’s fancy vehicle plus ride around all day looking at prospective homes, with no idea what was happening. One older house in certain peeked our interest. All of us got out of the vehicle plus walked into the house, plus we noticed that right away, both of us appreciated the floor plan, and even though the apartment was legitimately old from the outside, it had an updated dining room with new appliances. All of us were gleeful to see the existing central heat plus air system. So, both of us went into the garage where I saw the opening to the attic and pulled down the ladder. I flipped on the light plus climbed into the space. The first thing I looked at was this large ductopus. It looked as though the HVAC ducts were imploding. The HVAC ducts in that place were barely held together with duct tape that was peeling apart from the ducts. There were visible cracks plus holes in the ducts. All of us told our agent that the apartment seller would need all new HVAC ducts. Then we said we were willing to make an offer.
