I was so sure that I could do anything for myself.
I was getting ready for the Open House on one of my up-to-date listings. I realized the owner had told myself and others they hadn’t had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea cleaned in years. I had many days until the Open House was to occur plus I was sure I could not get an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist to the loft before the showing. The people I was with and I were in the middle of a heatwave, plus the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor was extremely tied up with people who needed emergency care. I knew they would not consider my lack of planning their emergency. I looked at the oil furnace plus I remembered how several times I had watched my partner do the annual service on our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. I provided it a try, however when I looked at the dust plus dirt inside plus wrinkled my nose in disgust. I changed the air filter, however that was as far as I wanted to go. I went outside to look at the air conditioning unit. I had the air conditioning on, however I still wanted to make sure it was clean. The odor coming from inside was bad, so I abruptly closed it back up. I called my partner plus asked him if he was truly busy. I told him I needed to have the oil furnace plus the air conditioning component service done. I also wanted to have it checked so I could give any prospective clients the official information. Ten hours later I had an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business at the door. He told myself and others that he was a friend of my partner’s plus he had the morning off. Once again, my partner saved the morning.
