Living in the southern area of the country comes with plenty of hot temperature plus lots of sunshine.
That is a single of the main things that I like so much about living in this region.
There is nothing entirely to worry about when it comes to winter. We have a 3 month period where the temps do drop plus the heat comes on. But, that’s entirely it. Absolutely no complaining on that a single. Of course, love most most people else, our Heating plus A/C idea of choice is the heat pump. There entirely isn’t a better choice when it comes to heating & cooling in this area. Our Heating plus A/C component works fantastic plus both of us love to have it diagnosed twice a year. That way it gets ran tests on prior to the heat season plus again after the weather cools off. This makes myself and others much more comfortable when I flip the thermostat from cool to heat. I suppose that the heat pump is in fantastic shape plus ready to keep us cozy through our mild winter. But, the load on the heat pump is low given how easy both of us have it in the winter. However, the heat pump has the immediate versatility to make our beach house toasty warm. It’s amazing really. All the heat pump does is sort of reverse what it’s doing to cool the house. Normally, a heat pump is extracting the warmer air from inside the beach house plus disappointing it outside. The opposite is tplot during the winter. The heat pump pulls heat energy from outside plus brings it inside to hot the house.
