I’m not too wild about germs and dirt and all anything related. I find it all unsettling. My condo is a reflection of my germophobia, because everything is organized and in its place. I have an absolutely strict cleaning schedule to ensure that my condo remains as germ and dirt free as possible. Some people think I’m a bit too fussy about my devotion to having a clean living space. However, I adore cleaning because it’s something I grew up doing and I’m passionate about a clean space. Plus, my condo is spic and span because I cleaned it. That’s why I nearly had a stroke when I discovered some rodent droppings right in the middle of my kitchen floor. They were coming from the ductwork vent above. Suppressing the urge to vomit, I contacted an exterminator right away. Once that was completed, I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to find out what to do with my now filthy air ducts. The professional I spoke to was great and promptly set up an appointment with a sibling supplier who only cleaned ducts. When they got to my house, I was amazed with the efficiency and organization these people were. They went right to work. I was slightly sickened by the amount of debris plus dirt they took out of my ductwork. But otherwise, I couldn’t have been more content with their efforts. I hope I can get over the mild trauma of having had my ductwork infested.
