I do not prefer our A/C. I say this as someone that admittedly does tend to buy cheaper items plus our heating plus air conditioner plan was no exception to this. However, there is a difference between cheap plus junky, plus our A/C which is a broken mess. Thankfully, even though our oil furnace was also cheap, it has been working nice for a long time plus that is more important here because of our cold climate. When I first got it brand new, it was already having troubles. When it powered on for the first time it was particularly loud, much louder than it should have been for a device of its size. It lasted maybe 2 weeks before it stopped powering on at all. I decided to bite the bullet plus spend our money the higher cost for another A/C that worked well plus I threw away the old 1. It still took over a month for myself and others to get our current A/C. I had to wait until there was a Heating plus A/C professional available that could come out plus install it. Once it was finally installed I no longer had to worry about using our fans plus now I have a beautiful central air conditioner plan that is simply amazing. While our oil furnace has been fine, I program on upgrading it once I have the currency. I don’t want it cutting on myself and others too, I am done with going cheap. In our opinion, paying for a higher quality project is worth it if it means you get years of fantastic use versus replacing a cheap 1 every few weeks or so.
