A winter resilient home in another state

My family and I recently moved to another state and winter there is tough making it even tougher to live there. The cold, dry air makes it hard for my son to breathe. It has caused many respiratory issues. We needed to improve our indoor air quality, so I contacted a cooling specialist from the Air Purification Help near our apartment. As a result, he encouraged furnace filters to trap airborne allergens, dust, and pet dander that can worsen winter respiratory problems. The study room was always cold for my young one as I homeschooled him. I scrolled the internet in search of a residential HVAC near my apartment for ductwork and cooling system maintenance. I found he lived far away, so I contacted a neighboring commercial HVAC provider. He urged me to consider the use of heated floors, to help with indoor comfort. I believed him but I had to verify all the information in the unit. I was convinced that it would provide a reliable heating and cooling service. This was challenging, I couldn’t afford the entire HVAC system. I took the courage and informed the property owner of the need to tear up the floor and install a new HVAC unit and ductwork system, she agreed and offered to install the dual fuel system. She took care of all the expenses and told me it was her fault not to have installed it. I was so excited about her concern. She also urged the professional heating and cooling specialist to help identify problems with the unit, so its status runs efficiently. They advised me to consider a high-quality HEPA filter when doing duct cleaning in combination with a washable filter. My son was now free from the cough meds. I am a delighted mom.
