I just recently moved to a new area. And let me tell you how lucky I was to get this area. It turns out that right down the street within walking distance is the local heating and air conditioning company! This is a great thing because if I ever have an HVAC emergency, I could order emergency HVAC home services, and chances are they will be here in a matter of minutes. I could not have been so blessed than to rent a home this close to the local heating and air conditioning company. Also, even if there is not an HVAC emergency, by living this close, the heating and cooling company could have their certified heat and a/c specialists out to my house for a regular HVAC call right away as long as they are in the office and not out on another heat and a/c job somewhere. The other benefit of living so close within walking distance of the local heating and air conditioning company is that if I ever need any spare HVAC supplies for my central heat and a/c system, I could simply just walk over there to get them and save a lot of money on having the HVAC company deliver them to me and get charged for HVAC home services. This is a win/win situation all around. I bet my friends and family are going to be jealous when they find out the news that I am right here by the local heating and cooling company. This is luck at its very best landing this house!
