I just love when I can actually do something about a problem. This is an all to rare occurrence it seems for me these days. Plus, I belong to the HVAC service plan offered by the HVAC company I’ve used since I bought this house. That too makes it easy to be sure that I’m getting the HVAC maintenance I need to be prepared for the heating and cooling loads. But there is still one thing that has to be done even with the new HVAC unit. And that is changing the HVAC air filter. Well, I recently learned that my indoor air quality wasn’t so good. But all I had to do was change the HVAC air filter. So I spent a bit more money to change to the HEPA filter. This thing traps and removes more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants. The improvement in the indoor air quality was easy and significant.
