My wifey was hoping for a sympathetic judge, however the judge did not see things her way
When our wifey filed for divorce, I was caught off guard. I truthfully thought the people I was with and I were excited and I didn’t suppose that she wanted a divorce until the paperwork arrived. I truthfully wish she would have told me that she was unhappy, because the people I was with and I could have worked on our relationship and the concerns. Instead she wanted to provide up and I had to find a lawyer to help with the divorce. My wifey wanted full custody of our multiple youngsters, although I wasn’t going to provide them up without a fight. I hired a lawyer of our own. My wifey wrote a letter to the judge complaining that I work too much as an HVAC repairman. She claimed that our 50 hour a week heating and A/C repair schedule kept me from being able to be a full-time parent to the children while in that week. When the judge heard the case, he threw the book at our wifey. He was clearly a person that cared about rights for the father. He accused our wifey of being selfish and he told her that she should have been excited to be married to a guy that has a full time professional task and wants to support his family. My wifey was hoping for a sympathetic judge, however the judge did not see things her way. Instead of granting full custody to our wifey, the judge granted us shared custody. I have the children Sunday after university until Monday and our wifey has their children through the week. The people I was with and I are both responsible for their care and well-being and the people I was with and I have to provide for the children equally at a shared fifty-fifty split.
