When I was in middle school, there was a nerdy guy named Jack that always wanted me to go on a date with him, but i wasn’t identifiably interested in Jack; He was good-looking and smart, but I did not have anything in respected with the guy, when we were seniors in middle school, Jack wanted me to go to the prom.
I already had a date and I had to let the guy down gently.
I think it was entirely difficult to ask knowing that I entirely would say no. I always had a soft spot for the guy, but I wasn’t identifiably attracted to him. I never saw Jack again until a couple of weeks ago. I had to contact an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service repair for labor on the oil furnace in our home. I called a brand new service repair that was new to the area, then they had pretty nice reviews considering the fact that they were new to the area. The owner answered the phone and took all of our information. His voice sounded strangely familiar. When the service worker showed up on our front door, I immediately recognized his face. It was Jack, the nerd from middle school. The guy owns his own company now. He is the owner of the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service service, but jack and I talked about middle school and the nice aged afternoons while he was repairing the oil furnace. I actually thought the guy might ask me out again, but he never did, and now that we are adults and odd people, I think I would have said yeah.
