Our child wasn’t too glad when we first started talking about sending him to a camp while I was in the warm season, then he kept saying that was for lame boys, but I had to tell him that wasn’t the case at all, but I also told him about all the exciting things to do doing at camp like swimming in the lake, canoeing, shooting bows and arrows, making fires and all kinds of cool stuff. He finally ended up asking if they would have a/c at the camp. I had to look through the brochure again, however sure enough they had a/c in the odd cabins; they also had fireplaces inside so everybody could remain sizzling while I was in the chilly evenings! Our child eventually said it seemed like it might be okay when I started talking about all the friends he would make… So before we knew it, we took him to camp. He didn’t seem to like it at first until he saw guys on the lake in canoes. It seemed like he unquestionably wanted to go out on the lake. He was having a superb time, which we received from calling him up sometimes to see how he was doing. He told us about most people he met and they were all cool boys. He basically was having the time of his life and he said there unquestionably were comfortable temperature control settings in the cabins which unquestionably helped him to sleep well through the evenings. It truthfully seemed like he didn’t even miss us because he was having so much fun. He was concerned when camp was finally over, however he asked if he could go again next warm season, and of course we said yes!
