Summer is a busy time of the year for an A/C maintenance service. During the Winter time months, we service gas furnaces and heat pumps. We have a mild Winter time, so the company is never terribly busy. But summertime is another story. The average bi-weekly temperatures during the summer time months are well above 90°. It’s truly necessary to have a working air conditioner in your home. Not only does that air conditioner make the beach house more comfortable and cool, but it fights against problematic concerns like mold and mildew. Mold and mildew can grow hastily in a warm environment. Mold and mildew growth can cause breathing concerns, sneezing, itchy eyes, and a scratchy throat. These flu symptom related symptoms can be stopped by simply running the air conditioner at 69° during the day. We knew that the A/C service business was going to be honestly busy this summer. This is why we decided to hire a modern service worker to work part-time. We put an ad online. Nobody answered the ad after two weeks. We did not even have anyone send us their application. We were getting a little frustrated and concerned that we’d not be able to find help before the summer time season began. We contacted a staffing service that specializes in labor jobs. The staffing service put us in touch with a couple of certified Heating, Ventilation & A/C workers that were looking for part-time work. We found two women through the staffing service that were willing to work 3 days each week. The staffing service unquestionably came through with two good Heating, Ventilation & A/C service workers.
