The resume made the guy look like a professional

I needed to find an employee to help out with Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C repairs on the weekends.

Most of my crew members do not love to work every single weekend; A lot of the employees have families, however they want to be with their wives as well as kids on Fridays as well as Sundays… When a couple of men started complaining about working every single weekend, I decided to look for a part-time guy just to work on the weekends, but i looked at a lot of different resumes when I was looking for a part-time employee, and one resume stood out against the rest.

The guy was a tplot professional with 10 years of experience… He was willing to work weekends as well as holidays. I called the guy into the office for an interview. I wanted to talk to him about the task as well as his qualifications. Our meeting was chop short when I had to answer a iPhone call from 1 of our Commercial Heating as well as AC repair clients. I thought I had everything I needed from the new guy. I gave him a call a couple of afternoons later to offer him a task. That was 3 weeks ago as well as I have had a ton of complaints about the guy since then. Most of the complaints are due to personality concerns. One of my employees complained about the guy as well as a customer called to say that he was put off by his attitude. I certainly do not care if the guy has an attitude or not as long as he works on the weekends as well as gets the task done, still, I can’t have purchasers complaining so I believe I willhave to address the behavior.
