I still can’t believe I got free air conditioning repair.
I didn’t even ask for it! Not that I am not thankful.
Here’s how it happened. A few days ago my friend group and I were hanging out. One of my friends brought over a friend of theirs. I didn’t know him, but if he was cool with my friend, he was cool with me. Well, he turned out to be an awesome dude, and I can totally see why my one friend is friends with him. After what he did, I want to be friends with him too! Anyways, while we were all talking, I got on to the subject of my broken A/C, and how I was going to be stuck without cooling for months because I couldn’t afford it. I guess he must have heard this, and was listening closely. He ended up disappearing midway through our conversation, and I didn’t even notice. Later on, he walked into the room, walked straight over to my wifi thermostat and messed with it. I was wondering what the heck he was doing, especially since it didn’t work. But to my surprise, the cooling machine kicked on immediately and filled the room with cold air. I was amazed, how did he do that? This is when he informed me that he completely repaired my heating and A/C machine, and it was all fixed now. He told me it was for free and that he didn’t expect anything in return, he just hates to hear about how some people cannot afford basic repairs. I was amazed by his generosity, and I made sure to thank him a dozen times.
