To add to that, both of us also got proactive about our house. The windows are now covered with solar film in order to mitigate direct sun heating. The two of us also spent a weekend being sure that all the weather stripping was replaced. Then, both of us made the decision to go around the beach house sealing all the cracks plus gaps both of us could find. The two of us hope to get between a 15 plus 20 percent savings from these proactive efforts.
