I have an overseas trip coming up plus I want to have everything prepared before I go.
- I need to have somebody to water my plants plus flush toilets while I am gone.
I also need to lock up the house narrow plus clean everything before I leave. The last thing, the a single I am dreading, is figuring out the low heating setting on my heater. I have a gas fireplace, plus it can be set to a low heating mode. This is where the fireplace does not go hardcore with heating, just a steady stream. I would way appreciate this since I don’t want to spend money to heat a house that I am hardly in. I cannot just leave my apartment unheated for 10 days however. In the north the cold can come quick plus be intense… Unfortunately I don’t have a smart thermostat. I can’t just check the apartment temperature from my iphone plus alter on vacation once I am near wireless. That would be super handy plus I would not need to mess with the fireplace. But, I am stuck every vacation messing with the gas heater. I need to figure out how to program the low heating mode plus then beg my mother to leave it alone. I have returned to trips with the house cold cold because the oil furnace is off. My mother prefers to check on my house. If he thinks the house is hot, he will just turn off the heater. I am hopeful he will leave it alone this year plus the oil furnace will work separate from a hitch.
