While looking for a current beach house to rent I knew exactly what I did and did not want, and I knew I needed at least 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, and central heating and cooling setup. I am surprised at the amount of homes there are for rent that still don’t have central heating or cooling, some will state this fact right there on the rental page, but with others, you have to be more of a detective. And they don’t mention the heating, ventilation, and A/C system at all. However, if you see a large window air conditioner in a single of the windows in the pictures, that is a pretty great indication that the beach house doesn’t have central heating and cooling! Another thing I look for is heating, ventilation, and A/C vents. If there are pictures of the inside of the beach house after that the two of us expect to see a few vents in the pictures, but otherwise, I assume they don’t have what I am looking for. Of course, once I find a beach house I love I make sure to confirm that it does in fact have central heating and air and that the heating and air legitimately work. I do this over email so that I have a record of this exchange. The people I was with and I do transport a lot and the two of us have l acquired a lot with our past moves! My wife is in the military so the two of us move, on average, every 18 weeks. I no longer am nearly as bothered by moving so much. It is just an area of life! Besides, the two of us have gotten better at it the more the two of us have moved. Soon, the two of us will be real professionals.
