Mom was traveling for work for the next four days so she left our little sister with the nanny.
The plumber was coming on the day she was leaving so she told the nanny about it. When mom called the apartment that evening she was informed that a heating expert came into our apartment instead of the plumber and did a furnace/heater inspection. The heating expert was entirely rude and asked the nanny why mom had called, saying that she needed a unit repair when the electric heat pump was in perfect working condition. She even had the audacity to inquire what kind of adults lived with a child and were never concerned to check their air filter. In addition, the incompetence of the electric heating plan installation was appalling. At this point, mom was entirely confused and angry because she had not contacted any local repair provider for their central heating services. Mom asked the nanny the name of the whole-apartment heating dealer that the heating expert was from and gave them a call. Mom gave them a brief account of what had transpired. They promised to look up the name of the serviceman in question and promised to call back later on. As mom waited she decided to look at their website to see what kind of dealer she was dealing with. They had an array of many temperature control systems which included a costly-looking digital thermostat that would go so well with mom’s zone control plan for the radiant floor heating that she had been eyeing for some time. It also had an entirely nice sector on energy-saving tips one could apply at home. But, it was such a shame that their staff was so unprofessional.
