It’s amazing the sort of mindset and specific things that I do which come from my dad.

And the following spring sees the HVAC professional back again to do the air conditioning tune-up as well. The fact is that peace of mind is worth every penny when it comes to the heating and cooling equipment that I rely on. But the hard facts support the investment in HVAC maintenance as well. On average, HVAC equipment that gets consistent, seasonal maintenance lasts over six years longer than HVAC units that don’t. I think that’s all that needs to be said.
